I don’t know how to fully describe the piquant flavour of this fruit and it’s effervescent personality but it’s neither here nor there on the citrus scale, sized like an olive, and packs sun kisses of sweetness in its skin (which is the sweetest part of the fruit)

How this ‘golden tangerine’ thrives in miniature makes me feel warm and fuzzy and I guess this is my introduction to the “习字”/cheeky calligraphy curve where I rewrite all the years I spent copying Chinese characters 1000 times each and learning a grand total of how to dodge the flying wooden ruler of my teacher when I drew 口’s as circles ‘o’
